Sustainability

We strive to act in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way.

The electricity in our business is 100% from renewable energy sources, the taps are equipped with water-saving functions and when it comes to technology, we use quality and brand-name manufacturers in order to avoid wasting energy and to make purchases long-term and sustainable. In the office, we only use recycled paper and the placemats in the bistro are compostable.

We use refillable dispensers made from 100% recycled PET (PCR) for our personal care products in the bathrooms.

Our personal care product line in the bathrooms is certified biodegradable-sustainable (EU Ecolabel and Nordic Swan Ecolabel).

We avoid packaging for the most part and prefer products that are packed as little as possible: the breakfast buffet, for example, is completely packaging free. Among other things, no plastic bottles are used in the Bistro and Honesty Bar. We support regional products and producers and therefore use fresh, regional products. In this way, we design the product range to be as resource-friendly as possible and minimise food waste.

You are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge on the day of departure.

Late Check Out

Would you like to keep your room until 3 pm on the day of departure? If the room remains free, that's no problem. Late check-out costs 30 euros per person (can only be booked at short notice).

Room request

We ask for your understanding that we are unable to guarantee specific rooms, floors or rooms facing a certain direction.
However, we are happy to do our utmost.

Animals

We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in our hotel for safety and hygiene reasons.

Garage

Our garages are located about 400 metres from the hotel in a private parking garage.
You are welcome to park with us for 10 euros per day and parking space.

Honesty Bar

We offer our guests the opportunity to help themselves to drinks and snacks at our bar.
The quality of the drinks and snacks, fair prices for the guest, trust in honesty and the renunciation of unnecessary plastic are a matter close to our hearts.

Cancellation conditions

At the moment you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival, from this point on the room will be charged as ordered.

From 25.11.2024 our cancellation conditions will change: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival, from this point onwards the room will be charged as ordered.

European travel insurance

Please do not forget to think about taking out travel insurance.

WLAN

You can use our Wifi SuedtirolSpot free of charge throughout the hotel.

Local tax

The local tax is 1,70 € per person and day and is not included in the room rate. Children under 14 years are exempt.
